7 Things Highly Confident Women Do Differently

I recently came across an internet article setting out behavioural characteristics of confident women. The article doesn't cite any research but the characteristics do seem to me reasonable ones to pursue for both women and men. See if you agree. The proclaimed characteristics are:

1. They embrace their purpose.
2. They practise a self-confidence ritual.
3. They enjoy spending time alone.
4. They refuse to buy into the media's image of a perfect woman (I guess the equivalent characteristic for men might here be: 'They refuse to buy into the media's image of a successful man', or something similar).
5.They refuse to take anything too personally.
6. They ask empowering questions.
7. They ask what they can do to improve the world.
