Wishing You a Peaceful New Year

Sometimes it's not a sudden resolution or a flash of insight that brings positive developments into one's life but a commitment to a relatively simple if challenging discipline, such as breathing slowly and observing your breath.

Here is a quote for the New Year from my wall calendar of sayings of the Vietnamese Buddhist monk and peace campaigner Thich Nhat Hanh:
