Ways to Bounce Back!

Since the beginning of last week I have been discussing the self-help tips in the article Ten Easy Steps to Happier Living by Mark Williamson and Vanessa King. Today I am looking at Tip No.7 in the article: Find ways to bounce back. This tip gives some suggestions as to what to do if you have suffered a loss, failure or knockback of some kind in your life. Suggestions given are sensible, including ask for help by confiding in a friend, or talk to a colleague, or try to shift your mood by doing something you enjoy. I would add the 2 following tips:

1. Don't beat yourself up! - Remember everyone has difficulties and problems at times and we all have weaknesses!

2. Do some moderate exercise - this can help to release endorphins lifting your mood and it can take your mind of your problems for a while.
