Presentation Skills - The Rule of 3

Have you ever noticed how famous elements of speeches or memorable phrases often involve grouping things in 3's?

3 Examples of the Rule of 3:

'Veni, Vidi, Vici' - Julius Caesar
'Never before in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many, to so few' - Winston Churchill.
'Sex, Drugs and Rock'n Roll' - Ian Dury.

The grouping of elements into 3 is a well-known public speaking technique designed to create impact and help people to remember. For further examples, go to: More Examples of the Rule of 3.

If you're preparing your own speech or presentation, try creating some groups of 3 yourself and see if it works for you. Good Luck!
