I recently came across the following statement:
"No matter how far you walk down the wrong road, you can always turn 180 degrees and walk back." [Source: Twitter @kroinspiration].
That may be true of roads but is it true of life? I don't think so! You cannot always reverse choices you have made or get back to a situation that was in place before something happened that was not nice or that you regret.
However, what you can do if you have walked down a wrong road in life is to change direction. You don't need to go back necessarily (even if that is possible) but you can move in a more positive direction.
So if you have been going in the wrong direction, ask yourself: What is the direction I want to go in now and what is the first step in that direction? Then take that step.
