The Benefits of Kindness

Research indicates that doing things for others can increase your life satisfaction, provide you with a sense of meaning, reduce your stress and take your mind off your troubles (see Why Helping Others Matters).

So in your own self interest, give a bit of thought to how you might act in a more kindly way whether to people you know well or to others and maybe test out whether this helps you to feel better!
