3 Minute Meditation

Have you ever wanted to practise meditation but been daunted at the challenge of taking up large amounts of your time with it? Here is a short meditation taken from the book Mindfulness: a practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world by Mark Williams and Danny Penman. You can use it regularly and/or when you feel stressed/anxious/wound up etc... Give it a go:
