4 Habits to Improve Happiness

I recently came across an internet article suggesting four regular activities you can try out that can improve your happiness. Summarising briefly, the four suggested habits are:

1. Take 3 brisk walks a week.
2. At the end of each day write for 20 minutes in a journal about one positive experience you have had during the day.
3. Do 5 random acts of kindness each week.
4. Meditate for 20 minutes a day.

You can find the full article at: 4 Happiness Habits. My own observations are that the suggestions are good but if 20 minutes seems too long for you in 2. & 4. then try 5 minutes instead! Also I find 3. a challenge but am working on it!
