Mexico, Drugs & Type 2 Diabetes

In Mexico there are 70,000 deaths a year from diabetes more than from the Drugs War. In the UK the government has just announced a plan to tax sugary drinks, since excessive sugar intake heightens the risk of developing diabetes and related health problems.
