Mindful Breathing

Resuming my practice of featuring a quote on the 1st day of the month from my wall calendar of sayings of the Vietnamese Buddhist monk and peace campaigner Thich Nhat Hanh, here is the quotation for October 2015:

"Mindful breathing is the basis of mindfulness practice. When we practise mindful breathing, we bring our mind back to our body and establish our true presence." - Thich Nhat Hanh
