Setting Goals for the New Year

As this is the first Monday after the start of the new year today's blog post is about setting goals. Perhaps this is your first day back at work after the Christmas break and you want to plan your work ahead or perhaps there are some personal goals you want to set and follow for the year.

As a first principle, try to make any goals you set SMART:

S pecific or significant
M easurable and motivational
A chievable
R ealistic and relevant
T ime framed
