Do You Have Perfectionist Tendencies?

If you have perfectionist tendencies then you may achieve great things because you pursue high standards and goals and are often prepared to make sacrifices to achieve them.

However, there is a downside to perfectionism. You can
  • Get tired and stressed through overwork or not relaxing enough
  • Focus your energies on areas which really aren't the most important in your life
  • Jeopardise relationships by placing too many demands on yourself or others.
