Do You Freeze When You Get Anxious?

Most people have heard of the 'fight or flight' responses to anxiety but there is also another common response known as the 'freeze' response or, as I sometimes call it, the 'Camouflage' response because it may have it's roots in an attempt to camouflage or make yourself invisible.
