Anger Treatment

The Mental Health Foundation has published a report highlighting the emotional, health and societal problems caused by anger and noting possible treatment options such as 'talking therapies', including CBT. The report defines problem anger as being anger which is 'held on' for too long or produces inappropriate aggression. 64% of the people surveyed believe that people are getting angrier in general. The ABC Model & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - CBT
