Which is more helpful - to meditate and ''ground' yourself or to be a man or woman of action?
Well, maybe the two are not incompatible - meditation may for example help you to focus and to act effectively.
Alternatively you may find in some situations reflecting and entering into a Being mode is the right thing for you and in other situations taking on a Doing Mode and acting is what you need to do.
