No Gain without Pain?

The old exercise mantra 'No Gain Without Pain' suggests that in order to reap the benefits of exercise you need to push yourself in painful ways. In fact regular walking or other moderate exercise is known to have significant health benefits. Now a recent study has suggested that something as relaxing as having a sauna regularly may also help to reduce your risk of having a stroke.
