Asking for Help

Sometimes people who are experiencing suffering or feeling overwhelmed are reluctant to ask for help. You might think it is a sign of failure or a burden on others. Actually, as long as they're not asked too frequently and the request is not totally unreasonable most people actually like helping, particularly if they can be of use and if they receive thanks for it, because it gives them a sense that they have done something purposeful.

So if you are struggling and in need of help, don't be afraid to ask a trusted friend or someone else suitable. We all need a bit of help sometimes!
