I Don't Have Time for Mindfulness!

Mindfulness is great in theory - if I could be aware and zen-like all the time that would be great. Or if I could meditate for 45 minutes every day. But I don't think I would be able to keep that up for long, so I go for a different option! Here are 6 mindfulness exercises that don't take a long time to do - try one!
