Do You Really Want Change?

If you are not satisfied with your current situation, the thought of positive change can be a great motivator. Before you embark on a programme of change, however, it is often helpful to be up front not only about the positive outcomes that could occur but also about any downsides. Here is a simple exercise to help you weigh up the pros and cons, decide if you really do want to pursue the change and then consider how you might deal with any potential downsides.
