Reflect on some of your habitual behaviours - ask yourself what do you do habitually or often which actually is having a negative impact on your wellbeing or on the outcomes you are achieving in your life. The answer could include a wide variety of behaviours, such as:
- Watching too many gloomy news bulletins
- Drinking too much alcohol
- Reacting angrily too often
- 'Burning the candle at both ends' and not getting enough rest.

Excellent points and things to watch out for. People in a negative state of mind often end up intentionally or not surrounding themselves with negativity. You have to pay attention to what you're putting around yourself.
