3 W's

If you are in a situation where you know what you want to achieve but have not yet started out towards achieving it or are stuck part way through, then it's time to get specific. Try asking yourself the 3 W's to help you focus on what needs to be done in order to achieve your goal(s):

What tasks need to be done?
When are they going to be done?
Who is going to do them?

If the tasks are specific to you then of course the answer to Who? is simple: I am.

Write you answers to the 3 questions on a plan and tick off each task as you do it.
