What is the Most Important Skill for a Business Leader?

James Caan, perhaps most famous for his role on the panel of investors from the Dragons' Den TV programme recently wrote an article in which he talked about what he regarded as "the fundamental skill of a true and inspirational leader". 

Caan's article is somewhat misleadingly entitled "Are Leaders Born or Trained?" - a question which he answers in the first sentence with the predictable 'a bit of both' answer. The rest of the article then goes on to discuss the most important skill for a business leader or entrepreneur. In his view that skill is the ability to identify, nurture and develop the talents of your staff/those working with or for you.
