Think of some positive character traits:
This is just my spontaneous random list of a few possibles. Perhaps you disagree. Think of your own quick list of some character traits that you value or aspire to. Pick one that you aspire to and which you think through a bit of application you might be able to show more of.
Put a reminder of your chosen positive character trait somewhere where you will see it regularly (e.g. a post-it reminder on your desk or a reminder in your mobile phone or your email inbox in capital letters).
For the next week, try to do actions that you think someone with that character trait would do.
At the end of the week, assess whether you are happy with the results. If yes, then continue. If no, then reflect on how your understanding of that character trait or your valuing of it may have changed.
