3 Tips to Limit Email Correspondence

Do you find your email inbox bulging and every time you respond to an email it just seems to generate more? If you are collapsing under the strain of an ever increasing email inbox you may find the article at: Conquer Your Inbox in Three Simple Steps of interest. For those who haven't time to read it, in paraphrase the 3 tips are:

1. When people email you, only reply if you really need a response, to avoid unnecessary burgeoning email conversations.
2. Don't respond immediately to emails - that is likely to generate more emails. Instead respond 4-12 hours after receiving the email.
3. Where practical, speak/connect personally with the emailer to resolve an issue rather than trying to discuss it by email.

Good Luck!
