Your task today: Imagine next Sunday. Think of 3 things that you can do this week that when you reflect on them next Sunday, you can say 'I glad I did those!'
- They can be things you are doing now already that you want to keep doing because they are worthwhile.
- They can be things you want to do but have been putting off for a while.
- They can be things you don't want to do but you know it would be sensible to do.
- They can be things you have never done but want to try out.
- Or they can be a mixture of the above!
2. Commit to Doing Them.
3. Do them and congratulate yourself after you have done each one.
