Is Steve McClaren a Fan of NLP?

So, the England football team has failed to reach the European Championships. But was it really a failure? According to NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming - 'There is no such thing as failure only feedback'. Given that Steve McClaren, the England Manager, is reported to have received a £2 Million compensation payout it may be that indeed he is viewing this as positive feedback. I guess this just goes to show the truth of NLP. Any views?

He was a completely useless manager, so I guess he must have used NLP to brainwash the FA interviewers into giving him the job!
